VICTORY IN MOTION
The Health & Wellness Ministry has start exercise classes for the fall. The classes are ongoing through the end of the year. Some of you have taken advantage of the classes during the summer. The moderate impact classes are Thursdays from 6:00 -7:00 pm with Harold Jones Jr and low impact classes are Saturdays 9:00 -10:00 am with Joanna Owens. Have fun with music and fellowship with others and shed those pounds.
Men are invited to join these classes as well!!
